DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide but please make sure your country will allow the product that you have ordered through customs. We are also not responsible for any tax or extra charges that your country may charge for importing an item.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to get orders sent out by the next day depending on when the order was placed. We send all our items out recorded delivery, which usually takes between 2-4 days for UK and 2-4 weeks for international delivery.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
At the moment the safest and most secure way of payment for us is through PayPal, but please contact us and we will try and sort another way for you to pay. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE / RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at info@trinityclothing.co.uk with the subject "Exchange" or "Return" with brief details of why and what you would like to do, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items should be unused and in original condition. We will exchange the item(s) or issue the refund on receipt of the original item(s). The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend for you own protection that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes we do. We’d love to get our products in your store or on your website, but as you can appreciate we still are a very small brand with limited stock so just drop us an email with details of your store or website as well as products you would like to stock and we'll sort something out.
